Build the request in layers
Timing belt
Confirm engine application, tooth system, width, markings and known reference.
Tension control
List the required tensioner assembly and any application-specific mounting components.
Guide components
Identify idlers or guide pulleys by function, geometry and position in the timing path.
Water pump and hardware
Include only when required by the application and service plan; state gasket and hardware scope.
Compare complete sets, not labels
- Verify the vehicle, engine and every cross-reference used in the offer.
- Compare component count, geometry, supplied hardware and water-pump inclusion.
- Record sample, marking, package label and acceptance evidence before repeat orders.
Prepare the commercial context
Add destination market, initial order quantity, estimated annual demand, packaging format and the person responsible for sample approval. Keep unknowns visible rather than hiding them inside a generic kit description.
